Where ever we mention “Customers” or “Clients”, it is intended to include all buyer types: Clients, Consumers, Customers, Diners, Guests, or Patients.
Why are Deal Sites Popular?
Most businesses that advertise spend money to acquire new customers hoping to wow them to get them to come back.
Deal Sites such as Groupon, Living Social, and others are popular choices for advertisers because they have a large database of shoppers that they are able to put your offer in front of to help you make quick sales that would normally take you longer to acquire without them.
But there are a couple of major disadvantages to using Deal Sites… They do not share the customer data of the deal buyers that purchase your discounted products / services and not all deal buyers are your ideal customer.
The reality is, many deal shoppers are just deal seekers, and it’s optimistic thinking to wish for them to come back. You have no control on that. You need to give them a reason to return.
There is also a portion of the deal buyers that are visiting or vacationing from out of town and may never reurn after their first visit.

How often should I market to my customers?
2 to 3 times a month is the sweet spot to keep your offers exclusive.
If your customers can’t get enough of your product / service, then once a week should keep 8 to 25 percent (possibly more) of your customers coming back every week for enticing offers.
If you have customers that want to hear from you more than once a week, you could create a second campaign. A good reason to market to them frequently is if your business has daily / weekly specials or events.
Is there a contract or cancellation fees?
If for any reason, you decide that our service is not for you, you can easily cancel at any time without penalties.
However, we do request that you try our service for at least 60 to 90 days to grow you customer database and see maximum benefits you will receive by attracting new customers and being able to market to your repeat customers as often as you want.
Do I get access to my customer data and is it secure?
